Curb rash repair recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a shop to repair curb rash? My RFTs are done and I thought I would have the wheels repaired before having new tires mounted.

Also any opinions on high-performance all season tires would also be appreciated. I'm leaning to the Hankook Ventus S1 (street only, no track use).
